1. General Provisions.

2. Subject of the contract.

 

2.1. Seller sells to the Buyer the Goods, in accordance with an order in force at the time of the prices, and the Buyer accepts and pays for the goods in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

 

2.2. This agreement is an official document of the Seller and is an integral part of the offer.

3. The time of conclusion of the contract.

6. Delivery.

6.3. Courier delivery order to the Buyer is carried out in coordination with the Buyer and to the specified address.

 

6.4. Delivery of ordered goods is carried out within the city of Kiev, unless otherwise provided by a prior agreement between the parties.

 

7. Sale of goods and services.
