My name is Ivanna Chala. I am one of the founders of Pizza House Ukraine. Our work began in December 2008.

Pizza House's mission is: "We turn your lunches and dinners into delicious gastronomic journeys." We value your personal time, so quality, service and speed are priorities for us in our daily work. Also, each of our Delivery Guests or Guests who come to our pizzeria is mega important for us, which is why we write “Every order is urgent and each of our Guests is a VIP for us.” This is not a grammatical error, we call our “guest” with a capital letter😊.

Be it an adult or our young visitor, who in a few years may become our regular Guest. Yes, we have 80% of Guests, these are our regular visitors and we value this and cherish it like a treasure! For without you there will be no us. We know this and teach our staff to value what we value. We know how to cook delicious pizza, but Pizza House is not only about pizza, it is a large assortment of dishes, each of which is prepared primarily with love and care from fresh ingredients.

Over the 15 years of our work, we have gone through a lot. There were times when we started our work, times of mistakes, times of super wonderful work, when we opened new pizzerias, grew and received our awards from visitors and nominations from company surveys.

Today our main task is the speedy Victory of our native Ukraine. As a business, we want to operate every day, pay taxes to the government, pay fair wages to our dedicated employees on time, and produce quality, delicious food for you.

Therefore, this page can help you quickly contact and communicate with me personally if you have a need. Please write to me if your letter primarily has the goal of goodness and positivity. Your opinion about the work of pizzerias is important to me.
